All airport transfers must be booked 3 hours in advance. Accurate information, including flight number, pickup location, number of passengers, and luggage details, must be provided at the time of booking. A confirmation email with all trip details will be sent once the reservation is complete.

To ensure a timely and stress-free journey, please follow these guidelines:

Domestic Departures: Schedule pickup 3 hours prior to flight time.

International Departures: Schedule pickup 3.5–4 hours prior to flight time.

Domestic Arrivals: Schedule pickup 30 minutes after flight arrival.

International Arrivals: Schedule pickup 60 minutes after flight arrival.

We monitor flights in real time using the flight number you provide.

If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver will adjust accordingly.

Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations to your flight.

Domestic Flights: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.

International Flights: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.

Additional wait time is charged at $1 per minute.

Includes in-terminal pickup with a name sign for easy identification. Highly recommended for international arrivals. Currently only available at JFK Terminals 4 and 8. Not available at LGA Terminal C due to construction.

Please adhere to the luggage capacity listed during booking. For safety reasons, no luggage is permitted inside the passenger seating area. Overloading may result in refusal of service without refund.

All stops must be added during original booking. You can add stops to your booking 24 hours in advance by contacting us.

Toddler Seats (1–3 years old) and Booster Seats (4–8 years old) are available upon request and must be reserved in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to full fare charges. A reservation will be considered a no-show if the client is unreachable after the complimentary wait time.

Smoking, drug use or open alcohol containers are not permitted in any of our vehicles.   Disruptive behavior may result in termination of service without refund.   Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
